The Celiac Test
Celiac disease patients who consume gluten have higher-than-normal levels of certain antibodies in their blood. The immune system produces these antibodies because it perceives gluten (the proteins found in wheat, rye, and barley) as a threat.
- Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG)
- Endomysial Antibodies (EMA)
Who should test
The celiac test is best suited for people who experience unpleasant symptoms after eating products containing wheat, rye, barley, or oats.
- 2-4 working days
*All Wellness test results reviewed by a certified doctor and all abnormal results will be explained.
