Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about this program, from prescriptions to delivery. Still unsure? Our medical team is always happy to help.

Naltrexone is an established medicine traditionally used at higher doses. At very low doses (around 1.5–4.5mg), it is prescribed off-label to gently modulate the immune system and reduce inflammation. This off-label use is well-documented and increasingly recommended for conditions like Long COVID, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and autoimmune support.

Yes — LDN is a prescription medication, but we make the process simple. After placing your request, you complete a quick online medical assessment and one of our registered doctors will reach out for a short consult. If LDN is right for you, a prescription is issued and your treatment is prepared, all handled securely online.

  • Individuals with known allergies to naltrexone or its ingredients
  • Patients currently using opioids, as LDN may block their effects
  • Patients who drink alcohol on a regular basis
  • Patients with kidney, liver, or heart disease

LDN is generally very well tolerated. Side effects are mild and uncommon, and usually settle within the first week or two as your body adjusts. The most frequently reported are vivid dreams or lighter sleep and occasionally mild nausea early on. Starting low and titrating slowly keeps these to a minimum, and your doctor is always available if you have concerns.

Everyone responds differently, but most patients begin to notice meaningful improvements in energy, sleep, pain and brain fog within 4 to 8 weeks. Because LDN works gradually by calming inflammation, consistency is key — sticking with your titration schedule gives it the best chance to work. Some people feel subtle changes even sooner.
