If you're ill and require a medical certificate for work or school (commonly referred to as a sick note or doctor's note) but are unable to visit a doctor due to distance, difficulty scheduling an appointment, or other constraints, you can request one after an assessment by one of our doctors online.
What you should know
- Receive a full refund if we can’t provide a medical certificate
- All certificates will be issued at the discretion of the medical practitioner following a telehealth assessment. Should the practitioner believe there's insufficient evidence, none will be issued
We offer two options:
- Mild symptoms - 1 to 2 days
- Symptoms requiring more than 2 days of leave (may include blood test)
How it works

Based on the severity of your symptoms or illness, you may select either 1-2 days or more than 2 days of leave.

Doctor Review |
An assessment by one of our medical professionals is required before the certificate can be issued |
Receive your sicknote |
Once assessed and approved by the doctor, your sick note will be sent via email |
Who is this service not suitable for
- We cannot backdate a certificate or assist with an illness that occurred months or more than 2 days ago
- This service is not suitable for urgent medical conditions or conditions that require treatment, please see a doctor in person
- For conditions where we are unable to detect any abnormalities (for example: certain psychological complaints), we will be unable to issue a longer certificate
Refund policy
- For requests where our medical team is unable to assist a full refund will be issued
- A partial refund will be issued if no communication from you via email is received or if you request a refund for any other reason. 30% will be deducted.
**Please note that medical certificates will be issued at the discretion of the medical practitioner following a telehealth assessment. Should the practitioner believe there's insufficient evidence for a certificate, none will be issued.
