Request a Sick Note

If you need a medical certificate (also known as a sick note/doctor's note) for work due to illness, our team of registered doctors can assist. 

We offer two options:

• 2 days or less: Get a sick note for a short absence of 1-2 days
• More than 2 days: A sicknote for more than 2 days requires additional blood testing

After placing your order, you will receive an email requesting you to complete a digital medical assessment

Doctor Review

An assessment by a medical professional is required before the certificate can be issued

Receive your sicknote

Once assessed, we will send you a sick note via email

How it works: More than 2 days

For sick notes exceeding two days, additional testing is required. 

How the process works:

1. After placing your order, you will receive an email requesting you to complete a digital medical assessment
2. Once assessed a 2-day medical certificate will be issued
3. A blood test will be conducted to determine your condition (testing details & lab address will be provided)
4. Once the results are available, if abnormalities are detected a longer certificate will then be issued

Who is this service not suitable for

• We cannot backdate a certificate or assist with an illness that occurred months or more than 2 days ago 
• This service is not suitable for urgent medical conditions or conditions that require treatment, please see a doctor in person
• For conditions where we are unable to detect any abnormalities (for example: certain psychological complaints), we will be unable to issue a longer certificate

Refund policy

• For requests where our medical team is unable to assist a full refund will be issued
• A partial refund will be issued if no communication from you via email is received or if you request a refund for any other reason. 30% will be deducted.
