Request a Sick Note

Description:

If you need a medical certificate (also known as a sick note/doctor's note) for work due to illness, our doctors can issue it online stating your condition and required sick leave.

Our two options are

2 days or less

Get a sick note for a short absence of 1-2 days:

1. After placing your order, you will receive an email requesting you to complete a digital medical assessment
2. Once assessed, we will send you a sick note via email

More than 2 days

For sick notes exceeding two days, additional testing is required. 

How the process works:

1. After placing your order, you will receive an email requesting you to complete a digital medical assessment
2. Once assessed a 2-day medical certificate will be issued
3. An in person assessment is then required where a simple examination will take place and a blood sample taken (testing details & lab address will be provided)
4. Once the results are available, if abnormalities are detected a longer certificate will then be issued

Please note that for conditions where we are unable to detect any abnormalities (for example: certain psychological complaints), we will be unable to issue a longer certificate

 *Please note:  For orders placed on Friday, you will be contacted the following day

*This service is not suitable for urgent medical conditions or conditions that require treatment, please see a doctor in person
*If we can't assist you, a full refund will be issued
*Please note that we cannot backdate a certificate
